Bio Dr. Mohamad Abib is a board-certified family physician with more than 31 years of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families. A graduate of the University at Buffalo in New York, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP), a distinction that recognizes his commitment to clinical excellence, lifelong learning and service to the community. Throughout his career, Dr. Abib has practiced in family medicine, express care and emergency medicine, giving him broad experience caring for a wide range of acute and chronic health needs. He takes a comprehensive approach to care, with a focus on prevention, wellness and building lasting relationships with his patients. Dr. Abib previously served the Merrimack Valley community at Lawrence General Hospital from 1999 to 2002. He is excited to return to the area and once again care for the patients and families of a community he knows and values. Dr. Abib is fluent in English, Italian and Somali, allowing him to connect with and care for people from diverse backgrounds.
